For over 24 years we have carved a reputation within the hospitality sector as the ‘go to’ consultancy for hospitality professionals since the company started in 1995.
Placements range from senior hospitality management and business services roles, including directorship level to senior chef/director roles, front of house, reception and admin through to roles at every level of the hospitality sector. from interim management and chefs to events, waiters/bar staff, baristas and food service assistants.
Our clients include top London restaurateurs, hoteliers, iconic venues and all of the UK’s leading corporate foodservice operators, as well as a growing portfolio within the corporate reception and business services sectors.
Paula Rogers, founder of Admiral Recruitment and a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, has ‘grown up’ with the businesses she serves. She started out as a temp and went on to support the fledgling contract caterers, restaurateurs and hoteliers who have become today’s leaders within the world of hospitality.
She said: “To be shortlisted for this category is an absolute honour. We live and breathe hospitality so to get this recognition is a great vote of confidence in our team who work tirelessly to support operators in this sector by understanding their challenges from the inside out. Many members of our recruitment team come from senior industry roles within hospitality, events, reception and business services, as well as chef and craft roles.”
